Statzer Transportation Services Policies
Service Request:
- You may schedule service with us by phone, through this website, email, or by fax.
- We ask that all requests made online be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
- Although we are a 24 hour service, all trips between the hours of 7pm and 6am MUST be scheduled ahead of time. We are not on call for service during these hours. Please make other arrangements.
- We do not regularly check our fax or online service requests after normal business hours.
Scheduled Services:
- Any wait time in excess of 30 minutes will be charged at an hourly rate of $15.
- Price breaks can be made at times for multiple passengers with different destinations.
Service Cancellation:
- If you need to cancel or change a scheduled service for any reason we require a notice of 2 hours minimum on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends.
- Any notice shorter than this will be charged at the normal rate for that trip.
*Please, no short notice requests after 7pm
